As Executive Vice President at Fruit Growers Supply Company (a Sunkist affiliate), he earned a reputation for innovative approaches to Human Resources Strategic Planning, Organization Structuring, and Performance-based Compensation.
For General Electric, Computer Measurments Company, Newell Industries, and Codura Corporation, Ray designed leading-edge programs for Team-building, Optimizing Productivity, Employee Recruitment, Training and Development.
A graduate of Rutgers University, with a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Ray's "labor of love" is teaching Business Management at California State University at Northridge and Pierce College.
